Custom 3D Printing Services: From Design to Finished Product

Welcome to our custom 3D printing services! Whether you have a design or prototype ready to print or need assistance bringing your idea to life, we’re here to help.

Our process ensures high-quality prints using a variety of filaments, from standard PLA to specialised materials like ASA and TPU. With our expertise in slicing, printing, and post-processing, we can deliver finished products that meet your specifications.

Explore our services below to learn more about how we can turn your concepts into reality.

Design Submission or Creation

Customer Provides Design: Customers can submit their own 3D designs in a compatible format (e.g., STL, OBJ) through your preferred method (e.g., email, file upload on website).

Design Services: Offer design services where customers provide specifications or ideas, and your team creates the 3D design. This can include consultations, sketches, and 3D modeling.

Slicing: Once the design is received, it is processed through slicing software to generate the toolpaths for the 3D printer.

Printing: The sliced design is then 3D printed using the desired filament type (e.g., PLA+, ABS, TPU) and the appropriate printer settings.

Post-Processing

Client Option: Customers can choose to handle post-processing themselves if they prefer. This may include removing support structures, sanding, and painting.

In-House Service: Offer post-processing services where your team handles finishing touches, such as sanding, painting, or applying coatings, based on the customer’s requirements.

This process ensures a smooth workflow from design submission to the final 3D printed product, with options for customers to be involved at different stages based on their preferences.

Premium Quality 3D Materials

PLA +

PLA+ is an upgraded PLA filament with enhanced toughness and fine printing details. It offers a silk gloss finish and easy-to-remove supports. Made from renewable resources like corn starch, it's eco-friendly and biodegradable. Vacuum sealed for freshness, eSUN PLA+ is made from high-quality USA biopolymers. Choose eSUN PLA+ for strong, detailed prints with a professional finish.

ASA

Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate (ASA) filament is a durable 3D printing material known for its UV resistance and weatherability, making it ideal for outdoor applications. ASA has similar mechanical properties to ABS but offers better weather resistance, retaining its color and mechanical properties when exposed to sunlight and harsh weather conditions. ASA filament is also resistant to chemicals, making it suitable for use in environments where exposure to chemicals is a concern. It is available in a wide range of colors

EPA-CF (Carbon fiber)

EPA-CF filament is a type of carbon fiber reinforced filament designed for 3D printing. It is known for its high strength and stiffness, making it ideal for applications where these properties are important, such as in aerospace, automotive, and robotics. EPA-CF filament is made by combining carbon fiber with a base polymer, such as PLA or ABS, to create a composite material that retains the benefits of both materials. The carbon fiber reinforcement enhances the filament's strength and stiffness, making it more suitable for demanding applications.

ABS

ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) filament is known for its strength and durability, making it a popular choice for functional parts and prototypes. It has excellent impact resistance and toughness, as well as good heat resistance. However, ABS is not as environmentally friendly as some other 3D printing filaments. While it is recyclable, it is not biodegradable, and its production involves the use of fossil fuels, contributing to carbon emissions.

TPU (flexible)

Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) filament is a flexible 3D printing material known for its elasticity, durability, and resistance to abrasion. It has an abrasion resistance 20% better than ABS and 68% better than PLA. TPU filaments are commonly used for printing objects that need to be flexible or have rubber-like properties, such as phone cases, shoe insoles, and mechanical seals. They are available in various hardness levels and are resistant to oils, greases, and abrasions, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. The consistent diameter and material properties of TPU filaments provide reliable, high-quality prints.

Nylon

Nylon filament, also known as polyamide (PA), is a versatile 3D printing material known for its strength, flexibility, and durability. It has excellent impact resistance and is resistant to abrasion, making it suitable for functional parts and prototypes. Nylon filament is also lightweight and has a low friction coefficient, making it ideal for moving parts and applications where sliding action is required.
